Antine regolabili -- Adjustable door

In commercio troviamo tantissimi modelli di cerniere, mà, sono sicuro che,
questo modello è il più usato sulla maggior parte dei mobili, esempio cucina,
per collegare le antine alla struttura.

Le stesse cerniere vengono usate, oltre le ante in legno, anche sui mobili con
chiusura in vetro. Queste cerniere sono prodotte con una parte in plastica che
vado ad innestare nel vetro.
Sul mercato trovo vari modelli con altezze diverse. Devo sempre controllare il
modello già esistente. Sè acquisto un modello differente, la chiusura sarà
differente.
Attualmente trovo le seguenti, con possibilità di sgancio veloce, vedi foto,
mi agevola il prelievo in caso di manutenzione.
Per la regolazione, sulla piastrina c'è una vite, avvitando o svitando, regolo
la linea.

Mi serve una maniglia I need a handle

Sembra facile l'acquisto di una maniglia, mà sè là prendiamo di dimensioni errate,
resterà un altro pezzo da cantina nel sacchetto del negozio.
Entriamo in ferramenta e il negoziante ci chiede:
Che tipo di maniglia desidera?
Và installata su porta nuova o esistente?

Dà dove incominciare.

Sulle porte esistenti, di solito, vengono posizionate le maniglie con placca,per coprire

eventuali fori precedenti o segni della maniglia precedente. Su porta nuova possiamo
posizionare qualsiasi modello.

Le aziende producono, principalmente di due tipi maniglie:
PLACCA
o ROSETTA





Nella confezione di una maniglia rosetta troviamoimpugnatura destra e sinistra,
quadro( attenzione, varie dimensioni),quattro basi in plastica o metallo,
due rosette (coperchi) con foro centrale tondo e due con foro per cilindro
sè per porta ingresso o foro ovale per porte interne.

Montaggio:

-infilo il quadro nella serratura
-prendo le due maniglie (dx-sx) con rosette foro tondo e basi,le posiziono
 nel quadro,livellando orrizontalmente, segno i punti di fissaggio delle basi
-smonto il tutto
-fisso solo le basi nei punti segnati
-infilo le maniglie spingendo una contro l'altra fisso il grano con chiave
a brugola da 3,5

Parte sottostante
-infili il cilindro( porta esterna)
-posiziono le rosette, orizzontalmente- fare attenzione al cilindro

-posiziono le rosette (porte interne) valutando se il foro coincida
con foro serrature
-segno e levo via tutto
-fisso le basi nella posizione segnata (viti 2.5 x 12)
- rimetto il cilindro (por. esterna)
-posiziono le rosette, attenzione possono essere a pressione o con filetto


Maniglie con placca sono un corpo unico. Molta attenzione bisogna fare,
negli acquisti, poichè ci sono un infinità di distanze fra maniglia e foro serratura.

Montaggio

-trovo la placca giusta
-prendo il quadro giusto e lo infilo nella serratura
-posiziono la maniglia con placca e inserisco anche il cilindro
-valuto, che la posizione sia giusta
-fisso le viti sulla placca ed il grano sulla maniglia

Da non dimenticare, il cilindro ha una vite di ottone,devo posizionare
e leggermente avvitare, non stringere, questa fase è l'ultima cosa da fare.

Serratura porta da sostituire (interna)--Door lock replacement (internal)

Molto semplice sostituire una serratura porta interna. Principalmente, si usurano col tempo,

oppure non vengono utilizzate da anni o adirittura la piastrina è verniciata, perciò il meccanismo
si blocca.

Come fare:

- prima cosa            levare la chiave
-seconda                 togliere la maniglia, svitando le 2 o 4 viti per lato se con piastra,
                               sè con rosetta, togliere prima le rosette, svitandole oppure
                               con rosetta a pressione,inserire cacciavite nel foro-sotto
                               e fare leva invece la base bisogna levare le viti
-terza fase               in testa alla porta ,dove và inserita la serratura, ci sono 2 viti, toglierle
-fase quattro           fare leva o spingere la serratura fuori dalla fessura dove posizionata
- punto cinque        andare ad acquistare la serratura (costa da € 4 a € 9 solo serratura),nel
                              acquisto fare attenzione che sia di misura giusta-si misura dalla piastrina
                             di fissggio al centro foro chiave
                             valutare sè la maniglia e usurata, sostituirla
                             viti panelvit da acquistare 3,5x20 pezzi 2 +3 per piastrina di battuta
                             viti per maniglia, dipende dai fori- indicativo 3x16

- settimo punto controllare la chiusura sè destra o sinistra, inserire un cacciavite a croce
                        nel retro della serrature e girare la posizione( visibile in foto)
- fase otto        inserire la serratura e fissare con le viti e riposizionare la maniglia.
Le chiavi, partono dal numero 1 fino al 36, sulla chiave e sulla serratura è scritto il numero.
Tempo di esecuzione lavoro, senza acquisto e senza inconvenienti 20- 30 minuti.
