Entriamo in ferramenta e il negoziante ci chiede:

Sulle porte esistenti, di solito, vengono posizionate le maniglie con placca,per coprire
eventuali fori precedenti o segni della maniglia precedente. Su porta nuova possiamo posizionare qualsiasi modello.
Le aziende producono, principalmente di due tipi maniglie:
PLACCA
o ROSETTA
Nella confezione di una maniglia rosetta troviamoimpugnatura destra e sinistra,
quadro( attenzione, varie dimensioni),quattro basi in plastica o metallo,
due rosette (coperchi) con foro centrale tondo e due con foro per cilindro
sè per porta ingresso o foro ovale per porte interne.
Montaggio:
-infilo il quadro nella serratura
-prendo le due maniglie (dx-sx) con rosette foro tondo e basi,le posiziono
nel quadro,livellando orrizontalmente, segno i punti di fissaggio delle basi
-smonto il tutto
-fisso solo le basi nei punti segnati
-infilo le maniglie spingendo una contro l'altra fisso il grano con chiave
a brugola da 3,5
Parte sottostante
-infili il cilindro( porta esterna)
-posiziono le rosette, orizzontalmente- fare attenzione al cilindro
-posiziono le rosette (porte interne) valutando se il foro coincida
con foro serrature
-segno e levo via tutto
-fisso le basi nella posizione segnata (viti 2.5 x 12)
- rimetto il cilindro (por. esterna)
-posiziono le rosette, attenzione possono essere a pressione o con filetto
Maniglie con placca sono un corpo unico. Molta attenzione bisogna fare,
negli acquisti, poichè ci sono un infinità di distanze fra maniglia e foro serratura.
Montaggio
-trovo la placca giusta
-prendo il quadro giusto e lo infilo nella serratura
-posiziono la maniglia con placca e inserisco anche il cilindro
-valuto, che la posizione sia giusta
-fisso le viti sulla placca ed il grano sulla maniglia
Da non dimenticare, il cilindro ha una vite di ottone,devo posizionare
e leggermente avvitare, non stringere, questa fase è l'ultima cosa da fare.
